Her career began at the iconic Berkeley Carteret in Asbury Park, NJ, followed by roles at renowned ski resorts in Vermont. She later became part of the re-opening team at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. Prior to founding Global Meeting Sourcing, Nicole honed her expertise in hotel sales at leading properties in San Francisco, including IHG, Marriott, and Kimpton. Known for her exceptional contract negotiation skills, she consistently secures valuable concessions and protective clauses for her clients, ensuring optimal outcomes every time.

With over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Molly’s extensive background includes roles at Marriott’s convention hotel, various hotels across IL , as well as serving as a Cruise Director in TX! As a former Conference Service Manager, she brings a wealth of expertise and an insider’s perspective to event planning and execution. From event design logistics and food & beverage coordination, Molly’s meticulous attention to detail, professionalism and commitment to excellence ensure every event runs smoothly and flawlessly.

Dina has been in the Entertainment Travel industry for over 25 years arranging tour schedules for her clients globally. She has worked with notable acts such as Beyonce, Miley Cyrus and Skid Row as well as major record labels and promoters worldwide. Currently she is focusing on getting her clients the best accommodations to suit their needs for events while touring the world. Dina’s attention to detail also makes her an incredible onsite events coordinator for corporate events.
